The Cybersecurity community from the northern part of Finland (reindeer herding area) welcomes anyone interested in information security or eager to learn ways of hacking, example sharing knowledge how to cook with toaster or use open sensor data in OSINT.

Tervetuloa PoroSecin kesäkuun KYBERILTAAN!

Luvassa on ajankohtaista ja ainutlaatuista näkemystä, kun pitkän linjan tietoverkko- ja tietoturvaosaaja Juha-Petteri Virtanen tulee valottamaan OT-tietoturvaa (Operational Technology). Hän työskentelee tällä hetkellä Arrow ECS Finland:lla NetSec-tiimissä kumppanikehityksen parissa.

Juha-Petteri lähestyy OT-tietoturvaa tuotannon jatkuvuuden ja riskienhallinnan kautta. Kiristyneet regulaatiot ja radikaalisti muuttunut uhkatilannekuva ovat ajavia voimia tietoturvan tehostamiseen näennäisesti irrallisten, ilmaeristettyjen OT-verkkoympäristöihin.

Esityksen aikana Juha-Petteri kertoo periaatteellisia suunnittelueroja, joiden vuoksi näihin päiviin asti on ollut eriytetyt IT- ja OT-järjestelmät. Hän myös sparraa muutamia perustekniikoita, joiden avulla on mahdollista kohottaa myös tuotantoverkkojen turvatasoa huomattavasti vaatimustenmukaisiksi.

Tilaisuus tarjoaa erinomaisen mahdollisuuden keskustella, vaihtaa kokemuksia sekä keskittyä yhdessä teemoihin, jotka näyttävät nousevan yhä suurempaan merkitykseen nykyisessä geopoliittisessa tilanteessa.
